were stationed togather with 3rd 17th. I was just in Hawaii for 3 weeks

John A. Sinclair

UPDATE: MSG. Sinclair, I received info via email on May 9, 2002:
One of your posters in the locater section was looking for a Clifford Hashimoto.
If it's the same Cliff, he was in the Marines many years ago and he was
my sister's first husband (now divorced.) And he was from Hawaii.
I tried to email the address provided on the page with this info but got a
bounceback.
If you can contact this poster, please inform him, if indeed he's
still interested, that Cliff is living in North
Carolina. His two sons are my nephews and I could get information
to Cliff if he would like to contact me direct.

In 1963 and 1964 I was
stationed at Pendleton and later Okinawa with ALBERT CABANAYAN.
We became great
friends. He became a casualty on 3/5/66. I would appreciate any information
you may have concerning what happened on that day. Also, if you could tell me
the name and address of the cemetery where he rests. THANKS

Sirs, Welcome Home!
I ran across your web page this evening, very nice by the way. My name is Kenneth R. Tart
from Angier, North Carolina. I was in the Air Force and in DaNang Vietnam in
Nov 65 - Nov 66. I have tried other resourses in trying to locate a buddy that was
there with me and have not had any luck. He was from Honolulu, HI so I was wondering
if you have any information on him. He signed a flag that I had over there and
following is exactly what he wrote: Kahiwaonalani (Kimo) Kamaka, 2023 S.R. Waikane,
Honolulu, Hawaii, 24-8215. We were together in the 35th Security Air Police Squadron,
Tiger Flight. Our Flight Commander was Tech Sgt. Carl Lamm and Asst Flight Commander
was Perry Paragosa (also from Honolulu). I would appreciate any help that you could
give me.

I'm from New York State. My husband, Robert Soper was a helicopter crew chief
and served in the Marine Corp. in Vietnam with a fellow by the name of
Felipe Sales in 65 to 67. I believe Mr. Sales was also a crew chief and he
was from Hawaii. We've been searching for Mr. Sales for 4 years now.
Do you have any suggestions besides the obvious phone directories as
they have not proven helpful. Are there any Marine Corp. sites
online that might know of Felipe? bdsoper@localnet.com Return to Main VVMC page
